Do you ship internationally?

What does shipping cost?
We offer free express shipping and returns within Europe. For international shipping costs may vary depending on the country of the shipment. The final cost of shipping is displayed at the online checkout. Unless mentioned at checkout, all applicable duties and taxes for international shipping are not included in the price.
What is my size?
Our coats offer a slim fit for men. If you are usually in-between sizes, we recommend that you take the larger size. It is no problem to exchange purchases if the fit isn’t perfect (see Exchange Policy). We suggest that you explore our Sizing Chart, available in each of our style pages as well as here:
What is your exchange and return policy?
We hope you will love everything you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, our raincoat can be returned within 30 days of receipt, no questions asked.
We do however ask that products must show no signs of use, with their label and packaging intact and returned in the original condition that they were received in.
Return shipments are free of charge within the EU when using our pre-printed return labels. Please contact our customer service to secure such a label. If you are located outside the EU, you are responsible for returning the product to APA Intemporal, as well as any associated costs. To initiate the exchange process simply contact our customer service. We’ll give you a full refund according to the same method that you used to pay.
For our Kickstarter and Indiegogo backers to whom we have offered our raincoats at a highly discounted price on Kickstarter, we accept exchanges but are unable to accept returns. Please see our terms & conditions.
Where can I buy the coat?
At the moment, the coat is available for purchasing on our Website and our Brussels Pop Up Store. In October 2019 we will launch seasonal Pop-Up stores, and selected retailers throughout Europe. To stay updated on where and when APA will be available near you, subscribe to our newsletter and be notified when we are coming to town!
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order has been processed and shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number, and the respective link directing you to our logistics partner’s delivery service.
When will I receive my order?
Usually, orders are processed within 1–2 business days. European Union shipping takes between 1–5 business days and 6–8 business days to countries outside of the EU. In the event of out-of-stock items or pre-orders, we will keep you informed as to the expected shipping date.
What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
In the highly unlikely event that you should receive a damaged or faulty item, please don’t hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include a photo of the damaged item and your order number, and we will take care of the rest!
How about sustainability?
We are proud to have all of our materials produced, and 100% of the production process executed, from within Europe, according to the highest standards of working conditions and artisan manufacturing.

All of our raincoats are covered with a Limited Warranty/Lifetime Guarantee. Our raincoats are fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. If a product ever fails due to a manufacturing defect, even after extended use, we will repair the product, without charge, or replace it.
Our Lifetime Guarantee does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident, improper care, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty will be repaired for a nominal fee.
